New pool club opens in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood

Summer on the 716 is in full swing and many warm, sunny days await us in Western New York. If you need a little relief, there are plenty of ways to find it when trying to stay cool in hot weather.

Of course, you have beaches all over the area. From Beaver Island to Sunset Bay, you have several options for getting your toes in the sand of Western New York.

Now if you’re like me and not a fan of sand but are looking for a water party atmosphere with great music, then there is now a new pool club open in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood with your name on it.

The SOL Buffalo Pool Club is ready for you

Located at 140 Chandler Street, off Military Road in Buffalo, SOL Buffalo’s Pool Club takes over the space formerly occupied by Tappo Day Club.

According to Buffalo Business First, SOL Buffalo is looking to bring a Miami-like club experience to 716 with bands, DJs and plenty of fun in the 1,600-square-foot pool.

While it’s certainly a new hot spot in Buffalo, it won’t always be a party. The owners, also behind Buffalo’s Jack Rabbit and Riff City, said there will be something for everyone.

If you’re looking to party or just relax in the sun, it looks like SOL Buffalo is a place you want to put on your bucket list to visit this year.
