TRAFFIC ALERT: US 68 closed due to accident | News

MARSHALL COUNTY – An accident occurred near the 0.0 mile mark in Marshall County near Pioneer Lane, causing a power pole to break off with low-hanging power lines. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 1 says, “Motorists may detour on their own using service roads between US 68 and US 62 to make connecting connections.”

Jackson Purchase Energy says that The repair will take four to five hours, expected to finish at 11:30 a.m.
