Kenya Moore speaks out after alleged suspension from “Real Housewives of Atlanta”

Kenya Moore broke her silence on Saturday after she was reportedly suspended indefinitely from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

The actress took to social media to address reports that she was suspended from filming the reality series after allegedly sharing explicit images of her co-star Brittany Eady at the opening of Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The images, which were said to be featured on posters at the event last week, were “allegedly found online,” Entertainment Tonight reported.

Moore sharply criticized the reports in a statement on X (Twitter), writing: “I would never participate in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor have I requested images from others to threaten or blackmail. I have always been vindicated. I cannot speak on STORY even when people spread false news.”

The 53-year-old media personality also commented on her Instagram story, saying, “Don’t believe anything you hear and half of what you see. The truth always comes out,” according to THR.

The alleged incident was reportedly caught on Bravo cameras. ET reported that “the network is still reviewing the content Kenya showed during filming.” Eady was accused of threatening Moore before the hair salon opened, allegedly using the word “gun,” according to Page Six.

Eady apparently addressed the reports in a post on her Instagram story, writing: “It’s never a good feeling to be targeted or bullied by someone who I thought would welcome me into a new circle but who I’ve never met.”

She added: “Just to be clear, I have never owned a weapon or threatened anyone. I have never been to jail, been in a fight or even received a speeding ticket. That is not my character. The portrayal that is being presented here hurts me. Wrong is wrong.”

Moore has been a member of the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta since 2012. The reality series is currently filming its 16th season, which will premiere in 2025, according to Bravo.
