15-year-old boy from Fulton charged with attempted sexual assault of two girls

Fulton, NY – A 15-year-old Fulton High School student has been charged with attempted sexual assault of two of his classmates.

Fulton police said the teen forcibly touched a 15-year-old girl in the morning of May and then attempted to sexually assault a 16-year-old girl in a small room out of sight of security cameras that afternoon. Both girls reported the incidents and after being confronted, the boy confessed. His case will be heard in family court

The boy was brought to court on May 31 and charged with:

• Violent touching
• Two cases of endangering the welfare of a child
• Attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree
• Second degree deprivation of liberty
• Second degree harassment
