Kanye West accuses ex-assistant of “sexual assault” and blackmail

The rapper’s legal representative claimed Lauren Pisciotta’s allegations of sexual harassment were “baseless” and said West was planning a countersuit

Kanye West says he will sue his former assistant after she accused him of sexual harassment in a recent lawsuit. In a new statement to Rolling Stone On Tuesday, West’s legal representative called the allegations against Lauren Pisciotta “baseless” and accused her of “extortion and coercion” after he rejected her sexual advances.

“She was fired because she was unqualified, demanded unreasonable amounts of money (including a $4 million annual salary), and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, insane behavior,” West’s press secretary said in a statement. Pisciotta was also accused of soliciting sex from West on his birthday and sending him “unsolicited nude photos.”

“It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion to demand not only money but also material things,” the statement said, referring to a Hermes Himalayan Diamond Birkin bag, a Lamborghini and cosmetic surgery.

The statement added that after West rejected her advances, Pisciotta made a $60 million extortion demand last year. The legal representative claimed her new allegations were fabricated to attract media attention.

In her lawsuit against West, Pisciotta accused West of masturbating in front of her and sending her videos of himself having sex with a model.
