2 arrests in the shooting of a 14-year-old on April 20

Chattanooga Police investigators have arrested two men in connection with the shooting of a 14-year-old on April 20.

Allen Ray, 18, was arrested for attempted first-degree murder and reckless endangerment, and Dominique Collins, 36, was arrested for attempted first-degree murder, reckless endangerment, and possession of drugs for resale.

The teenager was shot in a supermarket in the 7900 block of Shallowford Road by Suspects exited another vehicle and began shooting at a crowded vehicle.


Both men were taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
