Blanchard man arrested after child sexual exploitation investigation

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, a person was taken into custody after agents received hundreds of images of child sexual abuse from an online user.

OSBI said on May 17 that the OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Unit conducted an online investigation into the distribution of child pornography.

During the investigation, the OSBI said officers were able to identify 19-year-old Kevin Berit Goelz as the owner of a large amount of images depicting child sexual abuse.

The OSBI said Wednesday that special agents, along with other law enforcement agencies, executed a search warrant at an apartment in Blanchard, Oklahoma, and arrested Goelz.

Goelz was booked into the McClain County Jail on charges of sexual exploitation of children, distribution of child pornography and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
