Sean Diddy Combs seeks dismissal of lawsuit alleging rape of 17-year-old girl –

One of the most controversial topics in the news recently is the allegations against music giant Sean Combs. ‘Puffy’ ‘P. Diddy’ A man with many names. As of Friday, May 10thTh, Combs asked a federal judge to dismiss one of several lawsuits against him based on false allegations and improper timing. The lawsuit alleged that Diddy raped a 17-year-old girl in a New York recording studio in 2003.

Diddy’s team says:

“Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-old allegation against them, which has caused incalculable harm to their reputation and business condition, before any evidence has been presented. Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year it occurred alleged incident occurred, but miraculously remembers other salacious details despite her alleged incapacitated state.”

Michael J. Willemin, a representative for the plaintiff, responded:

“At this point, no one should take anything ‘Diddy’ or his lawyers say seriously. Today’s motion is merely a desperate attempt by Combs to evade responsibility for Ms. Doe’s allegations of gang rape and sexual assault. It will not work.”

The plaintiff is said to have been in year 11Th class at the time of the incident. Attached to the lawsuit documents were photos allegedly taken the night of the incident that showed the victim sitting on Combs’ lap. The victim was allegedly flown to New York by Harve Pierre and taken to a recording studio where they consumed illegal substances and ended the night with Combs and an unknown man raping the victim.

This lawsuit was filed in December and amended in March, making this an early stage of the case. The arguments do not relate to the facts themselves, but to the legal dispute. NBC has the story here.
