Lyon man charged with obstruction of justice after incident earlier this year

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lyons man for obstruction of governmental administration. Charges were filed against Travis K. Rosser-Pappin following a January 2024 investigation.

Deputies Scribner and Ruffell made the arrest at 1:02 p.m. on July 22 at State Route 31 and Clyde Road. Rosser-Pappin was issued a summons for obstruction of justice.

His appearance in Lyons Municipal Court is scheduled for August 6 at 8:30 a.m.
