12-year-old girl raped near New York’s Harlem district: NYPD

EAST HARLEM, NY (PIX11) – According to the NYPD, a young girl was raped by two people in East Harlem on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. Sunday on a rooftop platform near 112th Street and First Avenue, police said. The 12-year-old girl was taken to an area hospital in stable condition, police said.

Police did not arrest anyone on Monday, but said the girl had been raped by two unknown men.
