Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by a model who claims he drugged and sexually abused her

Model Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he drugged and sexually abused her.

She shared how she was inspired to come forward after learning about the lawsuit his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed against the rapper.

The alleged incident between Diddy and Crystal occurred in 2003 during Men’s Fashion Week, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Crystal, then 22, claims she met the rapper at an event and he invited her to his music studio with some friends. She recalled the group drinking and smoking joints. When she smoked some of the joint, she claimed it felt “very strong,” leading her to believe it was laced with a narcotic.

She claims Diddy demanded that she follow him into the bathroom, where he allegedly forced himself on her and kissed her before shoving his crotch in her face and demanding that she “suck” it.

When she refused, he pushed her head down and forced her to perform oral sex, she claims.

In the file, she describes how she lost consciousness and then woke up in a taxi.

After the alleged incident, Crystal claims she was banned from the modeling industry. She suffered from depression and considered suicide in 2004. She is demanding unspecified compensation from the rapper.

In November 2023, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that he raped and physically abused her during their ten-year relationship. They agreed to a settlement a few days later.

Last week, a video was released of Diddy beating up Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016. In a subsequent apology video, the 54-year-old said he was “damned” and “disgusted” by his behavior.
