Shooting in Kerper Street: Man shot dead in Oxford Circle, police search for suspect

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are searching for the person behind a fatal shooting on Oxford Circle.

The action cam was at the scene in the 1400 block of Kerper Street around 3:15 a.m. Sunday.

Authorities said they found a 20-year-old man there with a gunshot wound to the head.

His death was pronounced at the scene.
