Teenager arrested for bicycle theft and vandalism

According to Waterloo police, a juvenile was arrested on June 10 for petty theft and criminal tampering.

On June 6, the teenager is said to have stolen someone’s bicycle and then sprayed it with spray paint. Due to the teenager’s age, his name is not being published.

The juvenile was issued a summons and will appear before the Seneca County Probation Department at a later date.
