Motorcyclist dead after accident in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Maryland (DC News Now) — Police announced that a motorcyclist was killed in an accident involving two vehicles during the night from Saturday to Sunday.

Officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV at Pennsylvania Avenue and Parkland Drive around 3:40 a.m.

According to police, the motorcyclist died there. The driver of the SUV remained at the scene of the accident and was uninjured.

PGPD is still working to determine the cause of the crash. Anyone with information should come forward on-line or via the P3 Tips app.
