Five people were arrested in an undercover operation in Texarkana

TEXARKANA, Texas (KTAL/KMSS) – A joint law enforcement operation resulted in the arrest of five men on various charges including soliciting a minor.

TTPD announced the arrests via Facebook, naming the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texarkana, the Arkansas Police Department, the Miller County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI as collaborators in what it called a sting operation.

The operation, which lasted several days, led to the arrest of three men who, according to investigators, tried to persuade minors to have sex. The men allegedly approached and communicated with an undercover officer who they thought was an underage girl.

The following men were arrested after each showing up at an address provided by the undercover agent: Dylan Dickens, 32; Jesus Rosa Rosales, 37; and Keith Godfrey, 54.

Additionally, during the operation, police arrested Henry Oller, 67, and Lance Bradshaw, 42, and each man faces charges of solicitation of prostitution without a minor.

Investigators sent all five men to Bi-State Jail. Dickens and Godfrey had the bonds set at $100,000 each; Dickens was released on Friday. Police did not provide bail information for the others.
