Southeast Nebraska man killed in agricultural accident

LINCOLN, Nebraska (KLKN) – A southeastern Nebraska man was found dead Thursday after becoming trapped under a drill.

Shortly after 10 a.m., first responders were dispatched to an area near East Cedar Road and South 12th Road in Gage County after a farm accident was reported.

Eugene Brock, 66, of Plymouth was found trapped under a large power drill, according to the Gage County Sheriff’s Office.

According to police, Brock was trying to work under part of the drill when it fell on him and died.
