WHY REMOVING BOTH BREASTS MAY NOT GUARANTEE YOU A LONGER LIFE. KRISTIN: OUR BIG STORY TONIGHT – TWO TEENS KILLED IN A POLICE CHASE IN WAUKESHA COUNTY. PATRICK: 12 NEWS HAS LEARNED THAT THE 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL AND 18-YEAR-OLD WOMAN DIED WHEN THEIR CAR RUN OFF THE ROAD NEAR MARTIN AND NATIONAL IN NEW BERLIN LAST NIGHT AT AROUND 10:30 PM. 12 NEWS NICK BOHR IS LIVE ON THE SITE. NICK, YOU GOT A VIDEO WHERE THE INCIDENT CAN BE CLEARLY HEARD. NICK: CORRECT, AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE IT ENDED HERE IN A BUNCH OF BUSHES AT THE END OF MARTIN ROAD. It’s about two miles from where Muskego police say they tried to pull over a car, but the driver took off. When Yanni Haros’ surveillance system sent him activity alerts around 10:30 Sunday night, he looked around and then listened. >> There were a lot of patrol cars outside, so I backed up a bit and on the video I could hear a car going extremely fast, tires screeching and a lot of loud noises. It sounded like a rollover and then an accident and then the horn just got stuck. NICK: ALTHOUGH THE ACCIDENT CAN’T BE SEEN, HAROS SAYS IT DEFINITELY SOUNDED LIKE A CHASE. ACCORDING TO MUSKEGO POLICE, THE OCCUPANTS OF THE CAR WERE OBSERVED ACTING SUSPICIOUSLY NEAR IDLE ISLE PARK, BUT POLICE HAVE NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT THAT WAS. WHEN POLICE TRIED TO STOP THEM A FEW BLOCKS AWAY, THEY SAID THE CAR WAS SPEEDING OFF AT A HIGH SPEED ON MARTIN ROAD. TWO MILES LATER, THE VIOLENT ACCIDENT LOSED A 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL AND AN 18-YEAR-OLD WOMAN, AND TWO OTHER OCCUPANTS OF THE CAR WERE INJURED. ACCORDING TO POLICE, THE CAR WAS GOING IN THIS DIRECTION ON MARTIN ROAD WHERE IT CROSSED NATIONAL AVENUE AND ENTERED THIS GRASS. YOU CAN SEE TIRE MARKS HERE AS IT CAME THROUGH THIS HEAVY BRUSH AND CRASHED RIGHT INTO THIS WHITE BUILDING HERE BEHIND ME. KNOWING SOMEONE DIED HERE, DOESN’T THAT SURPRISE YOU? >> I MEAN, IT SOUNDED EXTREMELY VIOLENT, AND IT’S VERY SAD TO HEAR, OF COURSE. PATRICK: NICK, THE MUSKEGO POLICE DID NOT LABEL IT AS A PURSUIT. NICK: THEY DID. THEY SIMPLY SAID IN THEIR STATEMENT THAT THEY “REPORTED THE ACCIDENT LATER” AFTER THE VEHICLE SPEEDED AWAY FROM THE ATTEMPTED TRAFFIC STOP. BUT IN THIS VIDEO THE SIRENS CAN BE CLEARLY HEARD CLOSE TO THE ACCIDENT WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED. THE WISCONSIN STATE PATROL I
