Motorcyclist killed in accident in Fairfield County

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Ohio – A 64-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Fairfield County Friday evening, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

According to OSHP, the accident occurred just before 7:20 p.m. on State Route 159 near mile marker 1 in Clearcreek Township.

Warren Brewer Jr. of Columbus was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle south on State Route 159 when he left the right side of the road, struck a railing and rolled onto his side.

Brewer’s death was pronounced at the scene by the Fairfield County Coroner.

The crash remains under investigation.
