German consulate stops visa services

KARACHI: The German Consulate has announced suspension of visa services in Karachi until further notice, ARY News reported on Monday.

For security reasons, the German consulate confirmed in a statement that visa services will remain suspended until further notice.

However, services to European citizens will continue as usual.

This suspension is part of the consulate’s efforts to ensure the safety of its staff and applicants.

The Consulate recommends that visa applicants keep themselves informed of any changes through official channels and, if necessary, seek alternative arrangements.
