Man found dead after bicycle accident in Iron County ravine

CANARRAVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — A 53-year-old man is dead after his motorcycle plunged into a roadside ravine in rural Iron County on Friday, June 28, according to Iron County authorities.

The man’s name was not released.

Iron County sheriff’s officials said the man’s body was found around 6000 N. Old Highway 91 near Kanarraville. It was not immediately clear when the accident happened, but officials said they believed the incident occurred “hours before” his body was discovered.

The crash is currently being investigated.
