Atlanta Falcons sign Battlehawks OT Jaryd Jones-Smith

The first wave of signings from the UFL to the NFL have officially hit. St. Louis Battlehawks star Jaryd Jones-Smith is headed to Atlanta.

Jaryd Jones-Smith has been with St. Louis for two seasons. He earned All-XFL honors in 2023, earning him a stint with the Washington Commanders.

This year, Jones-Smith has started all 11 games for the Battlehawks. He played a key role in their success and ended up being named an All-UFL offensive lineman.

According to PFF, Jaryd Jones-Smith had an offensive grade of 61.0, with a run blocking grade of 57.7 and a pass blocking grade of 61.0.

Over the past two seasons, the St. Louis Battlehawks have featured some of the best linemen on the spring football scene. Their rushing attack, led by Jacob Saylors, was not possible without the efforts of their O-Line.

Now, Jaryd Jones-Smith will have the opportunity to continue his career in the NFL, thanks to the national platform that the UFL has provided him.
