Teenager arrested for vandalism in Watertown

WATERTOWN SD (KELO) – Watertown Police have made an arrest in connection with an act of vandalism on the waterfront of City Park.

In a Facebook post, police said someone shook a lamppost until the glass broke, causing $3,000 in damage.

A black two-door pickup truck and a dark-colored SUV were at the crime scene. After several tips, the police arrested a youth for vandalism. The two have since been handed over to their parents.
