Triple shooting in St. Louis leaves one dead

ST. LOUIS — Homicide detectives are investigating after three men were shot in south St. Louis. The incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on June 1 at the intersection of 4th Street and Gratiot Avenue.

The first man was shot multiple times and is not expected to survive. A second man, who was shot in the back, is undergoing surgery and is in critical condition. The third victim suffered a leg injury and is in better condition than the other two.


At this time, police have not released any information about possible suspects. The investigation is ongoing and FOX 2 will provide updates as more information becomes available.
