Seneca Falls man arrested for aggravated burglary – Finger Lakes Daily News

Two complaints against the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls led to the arrest of a 55-year-old Seneca Falls man on Saturday.

Nicholas Carter had reportedly been ejected from the store without the customer’s permission before and had re-entered twice, stealing goods the second time.

Carter was charged with two counts of trespassing and petty theft (all misdemeanors), as well as one count of aggravated burglary.

Carter was released on subpoenas and will answer the charges at a later date in Seneca Falls Municipal Court.
