Air Canada suspends Israel flights until August

Air Canada has suspended resumption of flights to Israel until August 5. Following the Iranian missile attack on Israel last month, the Canadian airline initially suspended flights until July, but has now postponed the resumption for another month.

Last week, US airline United Airlines announced that it would not resume flights to Israel until June. This month, passengers wishing to fly directly between Israel and North America can only do so with El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE:ELAL).

Last month, British budget airline easyJet canceled all Israel flights until the end of October. The low-cost airline Wizz Air offers flights to and from Israel, but with a greatly reduced flight schedule.

Air India is expected to resume flights to Israel next week, although no flights are shown on its website.
