4 Former Buffalo Bills Who Are Still Free Agents and Where They Could End Up

The latest former Buffalo Bills player who is a free agent is actually a recent free agent after the Jacksonville Jaguars released Zay Jones. He was a second-round pick of the Bills in the 2017 NFL Draft, but didn’t stay in Buffalo long as they would trade him during his third season to the Raiders.

He would play for Las Vegas through the 2021 season before signing as a free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jones played there the last two seasons, but was released after Jacksonville drafted Brian Thomas Jr. in the first round.

Since his release, Jones has been busy as he has met with a number of teams according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. This group includes the Cardinals, Cowboys, Titans and Chiefs, but the Titans are likely no longer an option after signing Tyler Boyd.

Out of all the teams, the Cardinals probably make the most sense because they need a wide receiver the most. He shouldn’t have a problem with targets and could look to land a bigger contract next offseason.
