Pincho Burgers + Kebabs to Open 4th Houston Area Restaurant in Katy

Miami-born concept Pincho Burgers + Kebabs has chosen Katy to open its fourth location in the Houston area.

The restaurant is inspired by co-founder Otto Othman’s mother’s kebabs (or pinchos) and takes a Latin approach to classic American cuisine, according to a May 9 press release.

Menu items include bowls, kebab plates, a chicken tostone sandwich and the pincho dog, which is a toasted bun topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped pineapple, the restaurant’s signature sauce, coriander sauce and papitas.

On May 31 from 10:45 a.m., the first 100 guests to eat at the restaurant will receive a free burger. After that, guests can get a special discounted burger for $5 throughout opening day, according to the release.

The Katy location of the award-winning restaurant marks its fourth concept in the Houston area and its 14th location nationally.

The three other locations in Greater Houston include Conroe, Cypress and Memorial City.
