Man allegedly sexually harassed daughter

MP, July 30, 2024, Siliguri: A 33-year-old man was arrested by the Siliguri police for allegedly sexually assaulting his 11-year-old daughter.

According to sources, the father repeatedly sexually harassed his daughter when his wife went to work.

The accused also molested the minor on Sunday evening when the victim’s mother went to work. When the mother returned home, the minor confided everything to her mother.

The mother filed a written complaint against the father at the police station. The accused was immediately arrested by police that same night.

The accused was produced before the court in Siliguri on Monday. The police have launched an investigation into the case.
