East Tennessee child found unharmed at center of child-at-risk warning

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an endangerment alert Tuesday for an East Tennessee child.

According to the TBI, seven-year-old Nova Rice was last seen Monday evening wearing a blue tie-dye shirt with a smiley face and blue denim shorts.

In an update Tuesday evening, TBI said Nova had been found and was safe.
