Buffalo man killed in early morning shooting on Hertel Avenue

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Early Tuesday morning, a Buffalo man was killed in a shooting on Hertel Avenue.

Buffalo police said the shooting happened shortly after 1 a.m. during a fight on the outdoor patio of Del Denby’s Tavern, between Parkside Avenue and Wellington Road.

The victim, identified as 46 years old, was transported by ambulance to ECMC where he was later pronounced deceased.
