Sheriff says 4 people killed in Holly Springs shooting | News

HOLLY SPRINGS, Mississippi – Three women and a man were found dead after a shooting in Holly Springs Sunday night, Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson said.

Officers responded to a shooting in the 1000 block of West Woodward Avenue around 7 p.m.

According to Sheriff Dickerson, the victims were apparently shot at close range and suffered gunshot wounds to the head.

Four people were found dead in a car in the driveway outside a home, Sheriff Dickerson said.

Three people were in the car and another person was found outside the car, Sheriff Dickerson said.

There is no information on the suspect at this time, Sheriff Dickerson.

This is an ongoing investigation.
