USDA issues health warning for meat and poultry illegally imported from the Philippines – WSOC TV

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture has issued a public health alert that some ready-to-eat meat and poultry products from the Carolinas may have been shipped here illegally from the Philippines.

The agency said the health warning affects cans of Argentina Corned Beef, Purefoods Corned Beef, Chunkee Corned Beef and Lady’s Choice Chicken Spread.
