Ontario teenager arrested for drunk driving after driving with open container and headphones

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man following a traffic stop in the City of Sodus. Officers arrested 18-year-old Noah Gumble of Ontario on several charges, including driving while intoxicated.

Gumble was stopped after officers observed him driving with headphones on. During the investigation, they found an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle. Alcohol tests were administered and Gumble was arrested after failing them.

He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing and released on a traffic violation. Gumble is scheduled to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
