Alexzander Capella-Ortiz was arrested and is currently being held at the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. (41NBC/WMGT) – A son fatally shot his father during a domestic dispute in Houston County, according to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.

Adalberto Ortiz-Nieves, 52, and Alexzander Capella-Ortiz, 21, got into a domestic dispute on May 8 around 8:20 p.m. in the 100 block of Wimberly Road in Hawkinsville.

Capella-Ortiz shot and killed his father during the argument.

Capella-Ortiz was arrested and is currently being held at the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.
