Deadly shooting in San Jose – NBC Bay Area

According to police, a man was shot near a hospital in South San Jose on Thursday morning.

According to police, the shooting occurred at about 4:49 a.m. in the 5900 block of Liska Lane, near Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center.

Officers found the victim with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

An investigation is ongoing.
