KCPD issues Silver Alert for 72-year-old woman

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Kansas City, Missouri police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 72-year-old woman diagnosed with dementia.

According to KCPD, Theresa Bealmear was last seen at the Walmart on Boardwalk Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. She was driving a gold Nissan Altima with Missouri license plate EF2W9K. The vehicle was last seen traveling north near Kansas City International Airport.

She is described as being 5’6″ tall and weighing 187 lbs. She has grey hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black and white dress and tennis shoes.

Police said Bealmear has been diagnosed with dementia and her family is concerned for her safety and well-being.
