Flack Broadcasting – Franklin County man charged with drunk driving after car crash in Denmark Township

WEST CARTHAGE-A 34-year-old Malone, NY man is charged with DUI following a car crash on Deer River Road in the town of Denmark Saturday night. New York State Police from Carthage Barracks charged Jesse ND Flemming with each count of DUI with two prior convictions within the past 10 years and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more/two prior convictions for certain offenses within the past 10 years: both Class D felonies. Flemming was transported to the Central District Attorney’s Office where he was ultimately arrested. The arrest was pending investigation as of press time Sunday morning.
