* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue to slowly
decrease over the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 31.2 feet Friday
morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
