According to Santa Rosa Police, 16-year-old Addyson Elizabeth Hyde was reported missing around 3:15 p.m. on Monday.

Her parents contacted police after learning of her departure on Monday morning.

Police did not disclose whether Elizabeth’s message was a written note, a text message or another form of communication.

According to police, she took her family’s gray and black striped cat in a transport box.

She is suffering from an unspecified illness and therefore requires medication that she may not have with her, police said.

She may wear a white crop top, white skirt, and black sandals with a rainbow backpack. She sometimes goes by the name “Ace.”
