Silver Alert issued for Phoenix man last seen driving

PHOENIX – Phoenix police have issued a Silver Alert for an 82-year-old man.

According to police, Fred Perez was last seen driving in the area of ​​27th Avenue and Baseline Road around 4 p.m. on May 23.

According to authorities, Perez was driving a 2022 Nissan Sentra with Arizona license plate 2FA5WR.

According to police, Perez is white, 5’9″ tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a blue baseball cap, police said.

“Fred has a medical condition that causes him to become easily confused,” authorities said.
