Police investigate early morning shooting in Sarasota

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Sarasota police are investigating after shots were fired early Sunday morning.

The shots were fired around 6 a.m. in the 1800 block of 23rd Street in Sarasota, police said.

No injuries have been reported so far.

There are no suspects in custody. However, police said there is no danger to the public.
