Man found dead in downtown Phoenix

PHOENIX – A man was found dead outside a Phoenix apartment complex Wednesday morning, city police confirmed.

Police say emergency crews were called to an apartment near Central Avenue and Fillmore Street. The man was dead when officers arrived and investigators do not believe foul play was involved.

The cause of death is still being investigated, police said.
