Philadelphia police search for suspect in alleged killing of man on Kerper Street in Oxford Circle

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are searching for the suspect who shot a man in the Oxford Circle neighborhood.

The shooting occurred on June 30 at around 3:17 a.m. in the 1400 block of Kerper Street.

According to police, 43-year-old Carlton Brown was found with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Monday, investigators released a photo of the suspected shooter.

He was last seen fleeing on a bicycle while wearing a black hoodie with a picture of Marilyn Monroe in a Philadelphia football jersey with the number 11.
