Russell Springs man arrested for drug charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested yesterday afternoon on drug charges.

According to reports, 67-year-old Ronnie D. Lawless was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine (relapse), public intoxication by a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lawless was arrested yesterday afternoon by Deputy Corey Meyer of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Russell County Detention Center at approximately 1:40 p.m.
