Update: (July 4, 2024): Diddy once again asserts his innocence.

The record label’s attorney provided TMZ with a statement denying the sex trafficking allegation mentioned in the recent lawsuit against him.

Attorney Jonathan Davis said:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually harassed or sexually acted against anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to find out the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other unsubstantiated allegations.”

The woman, former porn star Adriatic Englishsaid Diddy “groomed” her over time for sex trafficking. In the lawsuit, she also claimed that the famous hip-hop jeweler Jacob Arabowalso known as Jacob the Jewelerwas one of the people Diddy demanded that she have “forced sexual intercourse” with him.

Original story: (July 3, 2024): Another lawsuit found its way to Diddy.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the record executive has been sued again over sex trafficking allegations. The latest lawsuit was filed by a former porn star named Adriatic EnglishArtist name Omunique. English claims she met Diddy sometime in 2004, when her boyfriend auditioned for a modeling job with Sean John. Allegedly, the unnamed boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex Diddy to get the job. However, after he refused, the friend was offered the job, with the condition that he English to work as a “go-go dancer” at Diddy’s White Party of the Hamptons.

From then on, things apparently got even crazier. English claiming Diddy “prepared” her for sex trafficking over time. She says she worked at several parties for the “Bad Boy For Life” artist, where she was encouraged to flirt with guests and had to drink drugged alcohol. In an Instagram post shared about the parties in late March, English wrote,

“I was living in Batery Park City (SIC) and working part time for #Diddy. I was hired as a go-go dancer for his event team… We traveled from state to state doing it! I didn’t know I was being trafficked.”

The caption added:

In the lawsuit, she recalls that her former boss demanded that she have sex with the famous hip-hop jeweler Jacob Arabowalso known as Jacob the JewelerAfter the “forced sexual intercourse” she allegedly received additional pay in addition to her normal salary for working at Diddy’s Events. Jacob Arabow is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Another defendant is a woman named Tamiko Thomasthe loud Englishrelieved Diddy’s sex trafficking operation. English claims she was sold to several people on behalf of DiddyShe says he promised to help her advance her career, but threatened to blacklist her and her boyfriend if they did not comply with his demands.

She finally escaped in 2009, but said she was blacklisted as punishment. According to the lawsuit, she suffered emotional trauma and is seeking unspecified compensation.
