Police ask for help after masked thief steals $800 Lego set from child’s birthday party – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

KETTERING – Police are asking for the public’s help after a masked thief stole nearly $1,000 worth of LEGOs from a Kettering store

As News Center 7 reported on Monday, video showed a thief stealing during a child’s birthday party on Sunday.

“We just need to find this guy,” Dayton Brick Shop owner Nick O’Donnell told News Center 7.

The owner said this is the second time his business has been targeted.

Kettering police posted images on social media of the suspect and the vehicle he may have left behind.

They said the robbery took place at the Dayton Brick Shop.

O’Donnell told News Center 7 that the suspect caused about $1,000 in damage to the store and stole nearly $1,000 worth of Lego sets.
