Jeremy Renner, star of the MCU series “Hawkeye,” suffered a clinical death in a snowplow accident

More than a year ago, Jeremy Renner, also known as Hawkeye to fans, suffered a horrific and life-threatening accident. On January 1, 2023, he was hospitalized at home after a serious accident with his snow plow, which resulted in blunt chest trauma and 30 broken bones.

The heavy snow plow weighing 14,330 pounds ran over him. He was flown to Renown Regional Medical Center, underwent surgery and remained in critical condition in the intensive care unit. He was released on January 17 and returned home. Ten weeks later he began walking with a cane and doctors attributed his survival to his health and fitness.

Fortunately, Renner appears to have fully recovered. He recently expressed that he felt strong enough to return to the MCU and thanked his co-stars and fans for their unwavering support that gave him the mental strength to persevere.
