Crystal Brown, 37, of 3002 Sterling Ct. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday on a felony theft charge. Brown was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center on $3,000 bail.

Springdale

Oscar Najera, 32, of 6200 Watkins Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday on a charge of theft. Najera was being held Thursday at the Washington County Detention Center; bail was not set.
