Weather in Denver: Exact weather warning day for heavy thunderstorms in the afternoon

DENVER (KDVR) — A day of pinpoint weather warnings has been issued for Wednesday as thunderstorms develop during the afternoon and evening. These storms will impact weather in Denver during the afternoon and then move eastward during the evening.

Be aware of the weather as these storms can bring damaging gusts of wind and large hail.

Weather tonight: Clearing, mild

The thunderstorms will end on Tuesday evening, but the clouds will clear up on Tuesday evening.

Weather tomorrow: Afternoon thunderstorms

Wednesday will see the familiar pattern of sunshine in the morning, followed by thunderstorms in the evening.

As highs rise above 25 degrees, clouds will form, preceding afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. The storms may bring strong wind gusts and large hail, especially as they move into eastern Colorado.

Outlook: Higher probability of storms, warm weekend
