19-year-old Seneca Falls man arrested on multiple charges – Finger Lakes Daily News

A 19-year-old Seneca Falls man faces multiple charges after allegedly being involved in a domestic incident on Saturday.

Andrew Scarborough is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact and preventing them from leaving their home. Police say this all occurred in the presence of a young child. Scarborough is also accused of being very disruptive while in police custody, which also led to him being charged with obstructing governmental administration.

Scarborough was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, false imprisonment and harassment and will appear in Seneca Falls Municipal Court at a later date.
